This workshop enables participants to appreciate the true value of public relations, recognising the importance of telephone courtesies and to acquire techniques in handling challenging customers and situations.
OBEJCTIVES
At the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
- Realise the importance of enhancing the corporate image
- Recognise the needs and wants of both the internal and external customers
- Refine their communication skills and courtesy to become more effective and productive at the workplace
- Acquire techniques in handling challenging callers and situations with self confidence
