MS Access is a computerised database management system which stores, retrieves, analyses, and prints information. It is a system for managing large amount of data. Companies use database for many purposes: to manage customer files and also to track orders and inventories. Individuals might set up databases to track household expenses or manage lists of family, friends, and business addresses.
